On Track Effects is the vibrations felt based on the track surface. In either car, you may want to adjust this based on the track if the wheel feels too heavy or too light. For F1 cars, I set this to about 60 to get a good sense of weight in the wheel without it being too strong. Raising it too much makes the wheel hard to control as it has a strong centering force.
